- New rule in handbook for zone competitions that the host club(s) are expected to arrange for pre-swimmers for figures and preferably also for routines at zone championships
- Athlete Reps to 1 per team to spread eligibility around. Zone reps from each region if possible, if not possible then open to the floor. For March meet 2025, we elect zone athletes from region B and C because the incoming senior reps are from A and D.
- The East Zone pre-meet survey will be used to limit the number of athletes to each Zone Invitational to 150 athletes based on entry timing and club preference for invitational location. As long as Association clubs enter their pre-meet entries in the time allotted, they will get priority for their local invitational. This will be a trial for the 2024-2025 season to be revisited next year at Convention 2025
